9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or the use of our Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RiskAI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Köln, Germany.
